2025-2026 Membership Options

We are pleased to offer the opportunity to enjoy the Sunny Hills Golf Club experience as a Club Member.

Membership benefits include:

•Standing Tee Time Preferences after 8:00 a.m.

•Complimentary Range Balls

•Complimentary Access to Handicap System

•Premium Designated Member Parking Spaces

•Access to Events and Activities in Clubhouse and Patio Area

Financial Requirements:

(Non-refundable, Non-Equity) Initiation Fee: $ 2,000.00 plus sales tax

(No Initiation fee for Junior Members)

Annual Dues: $ 2,850.00

(Payment options available: Total paid in full or $1,700.00 at start, with $1,300.00 due at mid-year term)

Membership Add-On Options:

•Sunny Hills Golf Cart Fee* / + $1450 paid once annually or $25 per usage / per rider

•Additional Family Member* / +$1425 paid once annually (per qualifying dependent*)

*(If no cart plan is chosen, each member shall walk (after 1:00 p.m.) or pay $25

per round/per rider to ride in a golf cart. No single use SHGC golf carts.)*

Junior Membership Dues: $1,200.00 / (11-17 Years of age)

(Single Annual Payment Per Child, Plus Trail Fees if Applicable* / No Split Annual Payments)

*(Must be Licensed Drivers to operate golf carts, Trail Fees above apply)*

(*A member may add his or her spouse, significant other, and their unmarried child, under the age of twenty-three (23) who are

living at home, attending school on a full-time basis or in the military. The spouse or dependent may be added upon Club

acceptance and with the payment or applicable required dues or fees. Must prove residency in the same household with DL or Utility Bill)

(All structure and fees are subject to sales tax and periodic change)

Membership Period - 10/1 to 9/30

Subsequent Annual Payment Due Dates - 1 October and 1 April

Must Provide Credit Card information for future billing
